Directions

  1. 1

    Bake the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the Idaho potatoes thoroughly and poke several holes in each potato with a fork. Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Meats

While the potatoes are baking, heat the Wet Pork and Brisket in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

In the last 10 minutes of baking, place the shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl and let it sit at room temperature.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut a slit down the center of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Loaded Potatoes

Add a tablespoon of butter to each potato, followed by a generous amount of Wet Pork and Brisket mixture. Top with melted cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the loaded baked potatoes with garlic bread on the side.
