Rib Selection

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Choose two or three types of ribs (Pork, Beef, Chicken) and trim any excess fat.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Marinate

Let the seasoned ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).

  5. 5

    Grill the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with BBQ sauce in the last 10 minutes of cooking.

  6. 6

    Check for Doneness

The ribs should be tender and the internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C).

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
