Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and ensure the espresso is freshly brewed.

In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, Averna, and Aztec chocolate bitters.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
