Winemaking Process
Harvesting
Harvest the Pinot Grigio grapes at optimal ripeness.
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes to release the juice and press to separate the juice from the skins.
Fermentation
Add yeast to the grape juice and allow it to ferment at controlled temperatures for about 10-14 days.
Racking
After fermentation, rack the wine off the sediment and into a clean vessel.
Aging
Age the wine in stainless steel tanks for 6-12 months to develop flavors.
Bottling
Bottle the wine with added sulfites to preserve freshness and prevent spoilage.
