Lobster Linguine Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster

While the pasta cooks, steam or boil the lobster tail for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Let it cool slightly, then remove the meat from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Make the Lobster Cream Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the chopped lobster meat and season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the lobster cream sauce, tossing to coat evenly. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
