Prepare the Crab Cakes
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Cakes
Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Fry the Cakes
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Remoulade
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Plate the crab cakes alongside a generous serving of coleslaw and a side of remoulade for dipping.
