Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 20-30 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Noodles

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant.

Sauté the Vegetables

Stir in the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add Remaining Vegetables

Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss everything together to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Noodles and Sauce

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve with lime wedges.

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Make the Breading Mixture

In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and the egg until well combined.

Prepare the Wet Mixture

Dip each chicken wing first into the wet mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the breading mixture. Press the flour mixture onto the wings to ensure a good coating.

Dredge the Wings

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Heat the Oil

Carefully add the breaded wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Fry the Wings

Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Prepare the Burger Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Form the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

While the burgers are cooking, split the burger buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Toast the Buns

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Add the cooked patty, followed by a slice of cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, and your choice of ketchup and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Assemble the Burgers

Serve the fresh burgers immediately with your favorite sides.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare the Filling

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the side corners and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a little water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Assemble the Egg Rolls

In a large frying pan or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the egg rolls in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
