Granola Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, chopped nuts, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well-coated.

Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely before breaking it into clusters.
