Granola Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes, salt, and cinnamon.

Combine and Mix
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Bake the Granola
Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Cool the Granola
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking it into clusters.
Assemble the Bowl

Prepare Toppings
While the granola cools, prepare your fruit toppings by dicing the dragon fruit, slicing the kiwi, and washing the blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries.

Prepare Coconut Milk
In a bowl or a glass, pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk as a base for each serving.

Top the coconut milk with a generous amount of the cooled granola.

Arrange the diced dragon fruit, sliced kiwi, and the rest of the berries on top of the granola.
