Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bronzino

Clean and scale the bronzino, then make three diagonal slashes on each side of the fish. Rub the fish with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stuff the cavity with parsley and lemon slices.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lemon Potatoes

Boil the lemon potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and toss with olive oil, salt, and lemon juice. Roast in an oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes until golden.

  3. 3

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the bronzino on the grill, cooking for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the flesh is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.

  4. 4

    Char the Lemon

Cut the remaining lemons in half and place them cut-side down on the grill for about 2-3 minutes until charred.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Salad

In a bowl, combine chopped cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Dress with olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the grilled bronzino, charred lemon, lemon potatoes, and house salad. Serve hot.
