Directions

1. Prepare the Noodles

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, carrots, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.

4. Combine Ingredients
