Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and slice the cheese buns in half.

Toast the Buns
Spread butter on the cut sides of the cheese buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread Irish mustard on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer the corned beef on top, followed by pickle slices.

Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
