Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, reduce the heat to low, and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the pasta, garnishing with chopped parsley.
- 5
Serve
Serve warm, enjoying the rich and creamy flavors of the Chicken Alfredo.
