Lamb Chops

Tzatziki Sauce

Method

Lamb Chops

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Lamb Chops

Place the lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Lamb Chops

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place them on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (145°F for medium-rare).

  5. 5

    Rest the Lamb Chops

After grilling, let the lamb chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Tzatziki Sauce

  1. 6

    Prepare the Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.

  2. 7

    Mix the Tzatziki Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

  3. 8

    Chill the Tzatziki

Cover the tzatziki sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
