Cook the French Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

Make the Patties
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt shredded cheddar cheese over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. If desired, add a splash of milk to thin the sauce.

Toast the Texas Toast
While the patties are cooking, toast the Texas toast in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the Horseshoe
On each slice of Texas toast, place a cooked beef patty, then pile on a generous amount of French fries. Drizzle with cheese sauce and top with bacon bits, green onions, and jalapeños.
