Sandwich & Fries Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
While the fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast during the last minute of cooking to melt. Toast the sandwich buns if desired. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then add lettuce, a slice of tomato, and the chicken with melted cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 4
Serve
Serve the chicken sandwiches alongside the crispy fries. Enjoy!
