Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Brew the Coffee
Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Prepare the Egg Yolks
In another bowl, whisk together 3 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of sugar until pale and creamy.

Combine Mascarpone
Gently fold in 1 cup of mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.

Fold in Whipped Cream
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until no streaks remain.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a rectangular dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, then spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and slice into squares.
