Preparation of Topping

Chop the Ingredients
Dice the fresh tomatoes into small cubes and add them to a mixing bowl.

Add Mozzarella
Cut the fresh mozzarella cheese into small cubes and add to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Incorporate Basil
Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture.

Season the Mixture
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the mixture and gently stir to combine.
Preparing the Bread

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch slices.

Toast the Bread
Brush each slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
Assembly

Top the Toasts
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spoon the tomato and mozzarella mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.

Drizzle additional balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta if desired. Serve immediately.
