Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling a coupe or cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of La Pulga Reposado Tequila, 0.5 oz of fig syrup, and 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters.

Shake the Cocktail
Shake the mixture for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass for Serving
Dump the ice water from your chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish the Cocktail
Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice on the rim of the glass. If desired, lightly rim the glass with sea salt.
