Prepare the Shrimp

Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the halved lemons and Old Bay seasoning.

Cook the Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add the jumbo shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Ice Bath
Immediately remove the shrimp and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Drain and Chill
Drain the shrimp and place them on a platter or serving dish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make the Cocktail Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Adjust the Tabasco to taste for desired spiciness.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the cocktail sauce and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
