Crabcake Ingredients

Spicy Mayo Ingredients

Method

Crabcake Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crabcake Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the mixture until just combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

  2. 2

    Shape the Crabcakes

Using your hands, form the crab mixture into 8 equal patties. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.

  3. 3

    Cook the Crabcakes

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the crabcakes and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Mango Salsa Directions

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently to mix all ingredients evenly.

  2. 5

    Chill the Salsa

Let the mango salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Spicy Mayo Directions

  1. 6

    Mix the Spicy Mayo

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
