Select a bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine, known for its rich flavors and aromas that complement Italian cuisine.

Prepare the Antipasto
Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and cheese on a large platter. Add marinated olives to one side and place slices of artisan bread next to the meats and cheese. This assortment is perfect for pairing with the wine.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic and Tomatoes
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
