Cooking Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.

Preparing Shredded Chicken
If using pre-cooked shredded chicken, simply measure out 2 cups. If cooking from scratch, boil chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, then shred using two forks.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice into strips.

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, create a base of mixed greens. This should cover the bottom of the bowl generously.

Incorporate Beans
Rinse the brown and black beans under cold water. Add them to the salad bowl, distributing evenly over the vegetables.
