Method

Truffle Mashed Potatoes

    Prepare Potatoes

    Peel and quarter 2 pounds of potatoes. Place them in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

    Cook Potatoes

    Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and return to pot.

    Mash and Flavor

    Mash the potatoes using a potato masher. Mix in 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, and 2 tablespoons of truffle oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve warm as a premium side.

Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

    Prepare Sprouts

    Trim the ends of 1 pound of Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

    Toss and Roast

    In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

    Finish with Parmesan

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and serve warm.

Creamy Mac and Cheese

    Cook Pasta

    In a large pot, boil 1 pound of elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Make Cheese Sauce

    In the same pot, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in 3 cups of milk until smooth. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Mix in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.

Honey Glazed Carrots

    Prepare Carrots

    Peel and cut 2 cups of carrots into thin slices.

    In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

    Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until carrots are tender and glazed.
