Method
Burger Patty Preparation

Prepare the Burger Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Mac 'n Cheese Preparation

Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk and Cheese
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Cook until the mixture thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted, then add salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Combine with Macaroni
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.
Assembling the Mac 'N Burger

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cooked burger patty. Top generously with the homemade mac 'n cheese.

Add Optional Toppings
If desired, add pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices on top of the mac 'n cheese.

Finish and Serve
Place the top half of the bun on the assembled burger and serve immediately.
