- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Pickles
Carefully place the breaded pickles into the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Once fried, remove the pickles from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
Homemade Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk together until smooth.
- 8
Season the Dressing
Add dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 9
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
