Method

Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Rub the baby back ribs with your favorite dry rub and let them marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Cook the Brisket

Smoke the brisket at 225°F for about 8-10 hours until tender, using wood chips for smoke flavor.

  3. 3

    Prepare Burnt Ends

Cut the brisket into cubes after it's cooked, coat with barbecue sauce, and return to the smoker for an additional hour.

  4. 4

    Pulled Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with spices and smoke for about 10-12 hours. Once cooked, pull the meat apart using forks.

  5. 5

    Slice the Chicken

Season the chicken and smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, then slice for serving.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Ham

Glaze the smoked ham with a mixture of honey and mustard, then heat in the smoker for an hour.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Turkey

Brine the turkey overnight, then smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Preparation of Sides

  1. 8

    Make Coleslaw

In a bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, carrots, and coleslaw dressing. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  2. 9

    Cook Baked Beans

Combine canned baked beans with chopped onions, bacon, and barbecue sauce. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.

  3. 10

    Bake Cornbread

Prepare cornbread batter according to package instructions and bake in a loaf pan at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Final Assembly

  1. 11

    Assemble your Platter

Arrange the cooked meats on a large platter. Serve with your choice of barbecue, mustard, and hot sauces on the side.

  2. 12

    Serve with Sides

Plate the coleslaw, baked beans, and cornbread alongside the meat platter for a complete meal.
