Prepare the Cheese
Unwrap the string cheese sticks and set aside.

Coat the Cheese Sticks
Take one cheese stick, roll it in the flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Repeat for all cheese sticks.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Cheese Sticks
Carefully add the coated cheese sticks to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Ranch Dipping Sauce

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk Together
Whisk the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the ranch dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving.
