Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chimi Butter

In a bowl, combine the unsalted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chorizo

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the Chorizo Argentino links for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are well browned and cooked through. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bread

Brush the slices of Pan de Campo with olive oil. Place them on the grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Plate and Serve

Slice the grilled chorizo into bite-sized pieces and serve on a platter with the toasted Pan de Campo. Top with generous amounts of chimi butter and enjoy!
