Prepare the Glass
Chill a champagne flute or coupe glass in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple brandy and spiced pear liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled glass. Top with sparkling wine.
