Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, fish sauce, lime juice, chili paste, and sesame oil. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Place the pork spare ribs in a large resealable bag or a dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
