Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the beef into thin strips. Prepare the vegetables by cutting the broccoli into florets, shredding the cabbage, and julienning the carrots.

2

Heat the Oil

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3

Cook the Beef

Add the sliced beef to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

4

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add the sliced onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5

Combine and Season

Return the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt to taste. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6

Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your Nuur Kratiam!
