1. Prepare the Vegetables

Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and immediately place in ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain again and set aside.

Add the blanched broccoli and chicory leaves to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly with the dressing.
