Appetizer

1

Caprese Skewers

Thread cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella balls onto skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Main Course

2

Lemon Garlic Salmon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the mixture. Arrange asparagus around the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

Dessert

3

Chocolate Mousse

Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with fresh berries and mint leaves before serving.
