Preparing the Creamy Dill Dip

Mix the Dip Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Slice the Cucumbers
Using a vegetable peeler or knife, shave the cucumber into thin slices.

On a serving platter, arrange the smoked salmon, shaved cucumbers, pickled onions, and crostini. Serve the creamy dill dip on the side.
