Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Rinse the jumbo chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Ensure there is enough oil to fully submerge the wings.
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the wings with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels. Serve hot with extra Old Bay seasoning on top.
