Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken breasts and ensure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Breading
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

- 4
Bread the Chicken
Remove chicken from the marinade and allow excess buttermilk to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- 5
Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken in the hot oil. Fry for about 6-8 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Toast the Hawaiian buns and spread Trifecta sauce on the bottom half. Place a fried chicken breast on top, add coleslaw and pickles, then top with the other half of the bun.

Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
