    Prepare the Ingredients

    Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning to the boiling water.

    Cook the Vegetables

    Add the potato to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then, add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

    Add the Shrimp

    Once the potato and corn are tender, add the head-off shrimp to the pot. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

    Prepare the Sauce

    In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice.

    Serve

    Drain the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Serve hot with the garlic butter sauce drizzled over the top.
