Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of the glass.

Add Ice Cream
Scoop vanilla ice cream into the glass until it's about halfway full.

Pour Root Beer
Slowly pour root beer over the ice cream, allowing it to fizz and foam.

Top it Off
Add whipped cream on top and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Serve
Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.
