Muddle the Sugar and Bitters
In an Old Fashioned glass, add the granulated sugar and bitters. Muddle them together gently until the sugar starts to dissolve.

Add the Rye Whiskey
Pour 2 ounces of Kinsey Rye Whiskey into the glass over the muddled sugar and bitters mixture.

Stir the Mixture
Add ice to the glass and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Garnish with Luxardo Cherry
Add one Luxardo cherry on top of the drink as a garnish.

Add Orange Peel
Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils and then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
