Preparing the Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the Mushrooms
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, packing it slightly to ensure it stays in place.

Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
