Preparation of Chicken

Prepare Chicken Breasts
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish and set aside.

Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, and the egg. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.

Stuff the Chicken
Gently slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the crab imperial filling. Ensure the filling is evenly distributed and the pocket is sealed.
Baking and Sauce Preparation

Bake the Chicken
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).

Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in fresh lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add chopped parsley and remove from heat.
