Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chop

Season the frenched cut pork chop with pork seasoning on both sides. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fingerling Potatoes

Boil the fingerling potatoes in salted water until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sear the Pork Chop

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Sear the pork chop for 4-5 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the boiled fingerling potatoes to the skillet in the last 2 minutes of cooking the pork to warm them through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the pork chop with the fingerling potatoes on the side. Top with apple onion chutney and a dollop of crème fraiche.
