Once the mixture reaches a boil, remove it from the heat and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Stir quickly until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Allow the dough to cool for about 5 minutes. Then, add 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth.

In a shallow bowl, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar with 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
