Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.

Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling it to cover the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
