Pasta and Vegetables

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender.

  3. 3

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine, and then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to mix everything together.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil. Serve immediately, garnishing with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
