Dip each slice of brioche in the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side, ensuring it's well coated.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the soaked brioche slices and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining butter and brioche slices.
