Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the black forest ham for about 1 minute on each side until slightly crispy. Chop the bacon and ham into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelette

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for about 1 minute until the edges begin to set.

  4. 4

    Add Fillings

Sprinkle the chopped bacon, ham, and gruyere cheese over one half of the omelette. Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

  5. 5

    Fold and Serve

Using a spatula, carefully fold the omelette in half over the fillings. Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
