Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Make the Croutons

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the brioche bread into small cubes. Toss the cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in about 4 tablespoons of olive oil until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and toss well to coat. Add the shaved Parmesan and toasted brioche croutons on top.

  4. 4

    Serve

Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy your Livia’s Caesar Salad!
