Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lemon Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 clove of minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, slice the avocado and tomato. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Toast the Baguette

Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise and place it on the grill for about 2-3 minutes until toasted and grill marks appear.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, layer the mixed greens, followed by the grilled salmon. Top with slices of avocado and tomato. Drizzle the lemon aioli over the top and serve with the toasted baguette.
